Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their OSS support and improvement team. The team is responsible for identifying network operations automation opportunities to transform the way they work and to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create requirements and detailed specifications
- Gain sign off from business stakeholders (technical and non-technical) and hand it over to projects to design and build
- Make recommendations on business model and try to automate where possible
- Work with customer at high and low level to understand requirements
- Work with project tams to analyse network operation and formulate new operational processes
- Work on network monitoring or inventory management projects
The candidate:
- Substantial BA experience (5-10 years) capable of delving into high level requirements to provide in depth, detailed business requirement documents and traceability metrics
- Large enterprise environment experience (Telco preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience with conflict resolution and stakeholder management
- Proven experience with OSS projects, namely automation and transformations therein would be beneficial.
- Proven experience with MS Visio, process mapping and BA frameworks (i.e. BABoK)
