Job Location: Melbourne
Job Contract: 6 months with a view of extension.
Job Description:
- Execution of the end-to-end system tasks and steps required for the end to end billing process
- Completion of quality assurance checks by system and team member activities
- Incident co-ordination and resolution
- Completion of Operations Acceptance Testing of all change initiatives that impact the billing and finance domain
- Preparation and execution of both end of month finance and monthly reporting for Wholesale customer billing
- Development, improvement and delivery of billing processes related to Wholesale customers.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
