Our client, a well-known consultancy is working with one of Australia's leading financial institutions. They require an Application Support Developer for an initial 6-month contract with a view to go long term.
The Role:
- Provide first level support/front-line incident management support
- Develop and maintain systems documentation
- Database support including database administration and SQL database development
- Time series database management
- Loggining file analysis
- Technical troubleshooting
- Escalating incidents when necessary
Required Skills:
- Experience in a level 1 application support role, incident management
- Demonstrated SQL database development
- Dot net support/development capabilities are desirable
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
