Application Support Analyst - 2nd Level

Our client, a well-established name across IT and Technology within cloud computing who offer a full range of communications and IT services.

About the role:

In this key position of 2nd level onsite technical support, you will be responsible for providing support across issues such as logins, connectivity and develop an understanding of the database in order to answer any usage questions. You will also:
- Support their largest clients with any user issues
- Lead the technical delivery (install, configure & integrate) of customer solutions
- Minimising risk to the customer's network & business
- Provide complex technical advice, recommendations and customer consultancy on networks, infrastructure, products and services

This role is available due to internal movement.

Skills & experience:

- Have 1-3 years of client/customer relations experience with strong communication skills as you will need to be able to manage relationships
- Experience with technical troubleshooting
- Experience with Java, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
- API knowledge
- Pre-sales & Post Sales experience will be an advantage
