Our client is looking for an experienced Reporting and Data Analyst to join their IT team. The team is responsible for providing insights into customer behaviour for the company's flagship application.
The duties of the role include:
- Work closely with product owners, identify how customer interact with the application and implement process to improve
- Creation of Adobe-omniture reports based on PO requirements
- Work with GCC / Technology to monitor and track cross channel performance
- Analysis of data to proactively identify issues
- Create dashboards with top level KPIs to track performance
- Upskill POs to work independently with Adobe Omniture
- Support planning and implementation of A/B testing
- Provide insights to assist with backlog prioritisation
- Investigate and introduce other analytical tools and systems to track performance
- Ensure implemented tags are accurate and adding value
- Review the app store review comments
- Creation of dashboards with NewRelic/Splunk and other DevOPS tool.
- Work with other reporting and data analytics teams to
- Communicate reporting outputs and key trends to relevant stakeholders
- Participate in customer closeness and research sessions to identify customer needs
The successful candidate will have
- 3+ years' experience in technology / telecommunications industry in similar role
- Tableau background and advanced experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Lookup, Match, Tables, VBA, Power Query)
- Advanced Power Point skills (Showing data efficiently, using advanced tools, layout and design, template setup)
- Experience presenting dashboards and KPIs to senior stakeholders
It would also be highly desirable to have:
- Adobe Suite experience eg, Omniture
- Predictive analytics such as R
- Analytical skills (Data analysis, critical thinking, creativity, communication, research)
- Advanced Power Point skills (Showing data efficiently, using advanced tools, layout and design, template setup)
