Our innovative and cutting-edge Federal Government Client is seeking the expertise of a highly-skilled Agile Delivery Manager for a contract orle. This is an ASAP engagement going through until June 2019, with extension options and is working from our Client's Canberra CBD location. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering across multiple government agencies, including federal and state, and working with private organisations to deliver digital capability for a state-of-the-art Digital Transformation program of work.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Proven experience of setting up and implementing a planning increment cycle across a scaled agile approach, to align outcomes, product strategy/prioritisation and define dependencies plus risks.
- Demonstrated experience working with complex government programs to ensure that multi-disciplinary and capability teams are adopting a scaled agile approach.
- Ability to continually assess the program landscape to recommend and implement improvements in delivery and planning.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling Agile across multiple multi-agency teams within a large governance structure, by facilitating planning with senior executives, product owners, delivery leads and SMEs.
Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently hold or are able to gain Federal Government Security Clearances to apply.
