A Leading Financial Client is in need of an Agile Coach for a Fixed Term Hire of 12 months in Sydney CBD (with WFH options)
The Successful candidate will:
- act as an Agile Transformation facilitator cross organisation and improve the Scrum process
- facilitate mature implementation of the Scrum process within the team and observe and coach at all standard ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, retrospectives, sprint planning sessions, planning poker sessions etc.)
- educate and mentor teams on how to implement the process in their own work
- implement Agile tools and methodologies into wider organisation
- facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- educate teams how to escalate effectively, and remove blockers and impediments
Skills and experience
- 5+years of experience in working in a SCRUM master or Senior Agile Coach role, including implementation and not just BAU
- Has extensive experience using agile practices and scaled frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe including tooling such as the Atlassian suite
- MUST have Senior experience in coaching multi-disciplined teams
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodology, scaled Agile framework, Continuous Improvement, Design Thinking, Lean, etc.
- Knowledge of the superannuation and wealth management industries, in particular superannuation, insurance and retirement products, legislation and administration
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into operational reality, through delegation, managing team performance, creating accountability and aligning systems and processes
- Experienced in liaising with people at all levels and building productive working relationships
