They are seeking a Account manager to join their team, based at modern offices in the Sydney CBD.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across the APAC region where you will be responsible for maintaining a close relationship while maximising the value of those relationships through cross sell and up sell opportunities. You will also work with the sales team indentifying new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
In order to be considered for this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- 1-3 years previous account management experience
- Exposure to the recruitment industry would be highly favourable
- Previous experience in the IT or Software Industry (SAAS)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in building relationships with customers
What to expect if you land this role:
- $70 K- $75 K base salary
- Comission on renewals, upselling and cross selling of new products
