We are working in partnership with a leading Australian banking institution on an exciting opportunity to join their DevOps team. Our client is looking for a collaborative team player to join their team as an experienced ServiceNow Engineer.
About the role
You would be involved in
- ITSM Best Practice Knowledge/Incident, Problem, Change, SRM, SLM, HR and Asset Management Specialist
- ITOM specialist, process strategy & framework, tool implementation
- Member of the DevOps Team that manages the ServiceNow platform
To be successful for the role, you would ideally be:
- 3 years' experience with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow System Certified Administrator
- Experience utilising the ServiceNow platform to support the HR module and service mapping
- ITIL certified
