Our client, one of the big 4 bank in Australia is looking for Senior BA to act as Lead BA managing, coaching, guiding a team of 8 analysts
Skills & Experience
- Core BA skills
- High attention to detail
- Process improvement experience
- Experience in coaching team members within BA practice
- Experience in working across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Experienced in engaging stakeholders at all levels and able to communicate ideas and vision effectively and with impact
- Experience gained from working in top tier Australian Financial Services organizations preferred
- Data Analysis background would be ideal as there will be a lot of chopping + changing of data and they need someone who is comfortable with this
- Remediation background will be great but not mandatory
