Skills & Experience
- End to End BA experience (breadth and depth of knowledge) in waterfall, hybrid and Agile programs
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills - particularly with large workshops, Vendors and remote workshops facilitation
- Business process management/modelling experience using BPMN 2.0, ARIS is ideal (CORE REQUIREMENT). In process mapping, experience in mapping system flows and dependencies
- Good understanding in BA role in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming and requirement prioritisation across multiple projects
- Able to think strategically, working alongside senior leaders to develop strategies for new suite of products.
- Good problem-solving skills and experience with Product, Digital, Regulatory and Reporting teams
