My client is an industry leader with millions of customers in Australia market. They are urgently looking for a UX/CX lead to join them in working on a number of large-scale digital projects, to further refine the experience for their customers.
The ideal candidate needs to have:
- At least 5 years' experience in end-to-end delivery, providing UX/CX Design expertise across CCD/UCD principals
- Senior stakeholder management skills with experience working in a complex business environment
- Leading design activities with project teams
- Working with external design resources where needed and ensuring up to standard design solutions
