The role:

As a UX Designer, you will work with a cross-functional team of makers who are eager for innovation and are not afraid to iterate quickly based on learnings. Ultimately, you will be responsible for creating familiar and intuitive user experiences for teams around the world.


Reporting to the Design Manager on Cross-flow. You'll be a great fit if you're someone with solid core product design skills who has an interested in, and appreciation for the growth design specialty.

Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience, ideally designing complex or enterprise-level software
  • Strong design craft, leading with a hypothesis and appreciation for the business goal, customer empathy, qual and quant data, and an iterative process that involves the customer at key moments.
  • Figma/Miro experience
  • Experience working on a Growth team or using a hypothesis-led design approach.
  • Experience designing product onboarding.
  • Understanding of product-led growth within a SaaS context, appreciation of funnel metrics and working with data.
  • You've shipped a range of smaller and larger experiences; from smaller experiments like ads to full-blown features.
  • Confident working from problem to research and discovery, solution divergence, experimentation, iteration, and scale
  • Collaboration is in your DNA, you work openly, and welcome others to improve your work.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in startups or scaleups
  • Experience with Lean UX and rapid customer delivery
