In this role, you will work on end-to-end experiences, focusing on the entire design process from problem definition to UI implementation.

Your background should include 8+ years of UX/product design experience, emphasizing user-centered design methods and effective communication across teams. As a self-starter with a system mindset and attention to detail, you'll balance customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility. Passionate about customer stories and team collaboration, you'll drive success by measuring project outcomes, testing assumptions, and continuously improving based on feedback.

Key Experience:

  • 6-8 years' experience
  • Visual/UI Design
  • Customer Research
  • UX Design
  • Experience working within Service Management (ServiceNow), Banking or Tech domain will be viewed as highly desirable
