Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years in analyzing and critiquing business requirements
- 5 years in facilitating design workshops and writing functional designs
- Understands Siebel functionality but can explain the value this brings to the business in non-technical terms
- Ability to quickly understand business problems and design appropriate solutions
- Ability to assess the impacts of changes to the design to the system, integrations and processes
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work in and adapt in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to estimate work and deliver on time
- Ability to assess the criticality of an issue and know when and how to escalate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
