Our Client:

We are working with one of Australia's key network providers who are looking for a Applications Support Technical Analyst to join their team on a Permanent full time basis. In this role, you would be responsible for managing and supporting all of their IT Applications which revolve around the Site Tracker and Salesforce product suite.

About the role

You would be involved in:

  • Support the upgrade/fixes and improvements of IT applications to meet business needs.
    Assist in the Application support of their CRM and Front office applications.
  • Support the management and optimisation of the overall technical architecture of all IT applications, including the environments, databases, and interfaces with other systems.
  • Ensure the implementation of configuration changes to IT applications runs effectively.
  • Manage and execute on change requests by ensuring quality of analysis of the business problem, seeking the most cost-effective solutions, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

To be successful for the role, you would ideally:

  • Significant experience in managing CRM and Deployment operations applications such as Salesforce and Sitetracker.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Applications such as M-Fiiles, Nexus, SiteTracker or comparable applications.
  • Strong software development life cycle management experience including requirements gathering and documentation and solution design and documentation.
  • Extensive IT demand management experience, including proficiency in using ITSM tools to manage Incidents, Problems, Service Requests and Change Requests.
  • Strong technical knowledge across databases, infrastructure, platforms, applications, and security.
