Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Microsoft Functional Analyst with expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics. As a Microsoft Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and implementing Microsoft solutions, and providing ongoing support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Work with Business Analyst to consume functional requirements and construct foundation of PowerApps or Dynamics solution.
  • Design, develop and support the implementation of Microsoft solutions using Power Platform or Dynamics to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to Microsoft solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to solutions and processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful integration of Microsoft solutions with other systems.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems (or a related field), or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions using Power Platform or Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) is required.

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Pages would be beneficial.
  • Experience in either DevOps GIT repo or GitHub integration with Power Apps
  • Experience in build and deploy with pipeline.
  • Virtual Table Service and Power Platform Dataflows experience
