Senior Network Engineer
- Initial 6 month contract with possible extension
- Joondalup location
- Skills: Experience in wired and wireless network design
Our client is an industry leader, seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design and support the wired and wireless Network of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement wired and wireless networks for the organization, meeting current and future organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align the organization network with enterprise network and security requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and installation teams for proper network integration.
- Provide technical support during the transition, troubleshooting and assisting users with network access.
- Document network infrastructure and facilitate handover for ongoing maintenance and support.
Qualifications:
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications or equivalent experience and certifications.
- Extensive experience in designing enterprise-scaled wired and wireless networks.
- Ability to interpret electrical and communication shop drawings, ensuring seamless network integration.
- Strong network design, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with agile team environments and large-scale project methodologies.
