About the role

  • Our client has initiated a project to acquire a new Payroll and Human Capital Management system. The subsequent phase of the project involves transitioning into an Implementation Planning Study (IPS) with compatible HCMS vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of analyzing business processes and user requirements.
  • Work together with business representatives to aid in the design and documentation of business processes and requirements.
  • Gather and analyze existing 'as-is' processes, comprehend new requirements, and formulate 'to-be' processes to align with business needs while assessing the extent of process modification.


Skills and experience

  • Advanced proficiency in business analysis.
  • Comprehensive expertise in process and data modeling.
  • Proven track record in the HR business/IT domain:
  • * Payroll,
    * Leave and Absence Management
    * Talent Acquisition,
    * Employee Movements & Terminations,
    * Establishment and Position Management, and
    * Time & Attendance
