Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager to govern the delivery of the Transformation Roadmap within an EPMO. This will involve managing coordinating a large, complex transformation program through its full life cycle. Position reports to a Enterprise Transformation Delivery Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a large, complex transformation program through its full life cycle.
  • Lead internal stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure successful transformation delivery.
  • Implement, report, and monitor the overall program to ensure it meets time, budget, and scope expectations.
  • Review transformation, program, and project proposals to determine timelines, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Develop program budgets, schedules, and cost controls, providing guidance on technology and processes to achieve project outcomes.
  • Manage program and project performance, ensuring adherence to contract objectives, schedules,
  • Contribute to best practices, research, support, and training in project, program, and portfolio

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in transformation and/or large-scale business change programs.
  • Proven track record in program governance and control, program management, resourcing, project health checks, assurance, program reporting, risk analysis, and risk management.
  • Solid experience working within Enterprise Program Office (EPMO) and P3M framework
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. High Commercial acumen, strategic outlook and is a Change Agent
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications Understood. In addition other relevant certification and/or accreditation eg. MSP, Agile and P3O® Practitioner is preferred.
