Our Federal Government Client is looking for Pega Business Analyst.

They are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst who has knowledge and experience in a PEGA based IT solution, ideally someone with PEGA Business Architect certification. Applicants must have Baseline security clearance. This position will work within a small Agile SAFe team, closely with the Client's customers, business subject matter experts, end users, developers and other technical specialists, the role will conduct analysis and define requirements to support the uplift of their business systems.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience over multiple years working as a Senior Business Analyst using agile methodology (SAFe preferred), on large and complex IT systems (provide details).
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business problems, and design transformative solutions that realise desired business outcomes (provide examples).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary IT delivery teams.
  • PEGA Business Architect Certification.

Desirables:

  • Experience with BPM and cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience with data architecture and/or data modelling and SQL.
  • Education and certifications related to business analysis.

The role has an initial 16-month contract with three (3) possible 12-month contract extension options. The Client requires candidates to attend on site at least 2 days in office per week, plus attend key face-to-face meetings, at the discretion of the delivery manager.
