About the role

We are working in partnership with an Australian event organisation on an opportunity working within their Information Technology department . Our client is looking for a collaborative team player to join their team as a Level 2 Support Analyst.



Responsibilities/Duties

  • Responsible for the On-boarding and Off-boarding of users, including security permissions and other account changes.
  • Manage and maintain the desktop environment and provide support to end users
  • Manage and support mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, and Android devices)
  • Responsible for implementing the standard operating environment on equipment
  • Support the server and network environment as required, including server operating systems and server application



Skills and Experience

  • Strong Hardware, Network and Software background
  • Experience managing and working on ticket system
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously on tasks
