Peoplebank are looking to recruit a Lead Business Analyst to join their client based in Adelaide, who have just embarked on a multi-year, Enterprise digital transformation program.
To be suitable for this role, you will have:
- 10+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Demonstrable experience working on large, enterprise IT transformation projects/programs
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Requirement specification elicitation for applications software and integration
- Business process re-engineering
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (desirable)
- Human Resource (HR) management systems (desirable)
- Effective stakeholder management skills, up to CxO level, and a team player
- Exemplary ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
- Must be a self-start who is autonomous, driven, goals orientated
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- BABOK certification (desirable)
