Peoplebank are looking to recruit a Lead Business Analyst to join their client based in Adelaide, who have just embarked on a multi-year, Enterprise digital transformation program.

To be suitable for this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Demonstrable experience working on large, enterprise IT transformation projects/programs
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Requirement specification elicitation for applications software and integration
    • Business process re-engineering
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (desirable)
    • Human Resource (HR) management systems (desirable)
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, up to CxO level, and a team player
  • Exemplary ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
  • Must be a self-start who is autonomous, driven, goals orientated
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • BABOK certification (desirable)
