About the Role:

The IT Support Analyst holds a pivotal position in delivering technical aid across various domains. Their duties encompass a wide spectrum of fields, emphasizing the importance of competence and flexibility over specialized knowledge in each area. Often serving as the initial point of contact, they are instrumental in swiftly resolving system glitches to maintain seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract data from JDE (JD Edwards) systems.
  • ETL data as directed, customize data for specific purposes.
  • Assist users in setting up and configuring D365 systems.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange logistics.
  • Address ad-hoc IT-related user queries related to the project.
  • Conduct high-level user training sessions.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years working in IT environments and roles.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are mandatory, especially use of Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of database environments
  • High level working knowledge of DevOps and D365 Finance and Operations
