About the role
Seeking Deployment Support Specialist for our key utilities client. This role will provide essential assistance to the deployment team, preparing for and orchestrating the deployment activities across a collection of tightly integrated, cross-platform, and crucial core record-keeping systems.
Responsibilities
- Support different stakeholders in managing deployment and ensuring technology aligns with operational requirements.
- Support the Deployment Team in executing pre-production and production cutover activities for an integrated suite of solutions, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal impact on customers.
- Support Deployment Team by conducting necessary assurance reviews to ensure compliance with Design, Development, Testing, Business Readiness, Resourcing, and Communication requirements during deployment.
Skills and experience
- Proven expertise in coordinating change, managing environments, and overseeing release cutover activities within ICT portfolios.
- Proven familiarity with project scheduling and deployment tools, including prior usage of Microsoft Project.
- Capability to create project/deployment schedules and communications, encompassing Deployment Plans, One-Page Plans, and Status Reporting.
