The Digital team need an experienced Organisational Change Manager to design the organisational and transition plan to help manage the communication around the changes to the Digital teams restructure.
- Apply the organization's change management framework within the context of the Digital Division project delivery methodology to enable successful implementation and embedding of change initiatives.
- Develop and manage the detailed change plan / schedule as an integrated part of the project plan.
- Deliver all elements of the stakeholder analysis, change and training needs analysis, creation of training and support packages and communications.
- Develop a business readiness action plan that addresses the identified impacts and delivers outcomes for the initiative.
- Assess and determine business and implementation readiness at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with GM Sponsors and other business stakeholders to effectively identify, prioritise and manage change impacts and to ensure the right engagement is occurring to support readiness objectives.
- Work with the Platform and Program Manager to proactively identify and own change related risks / issues and prepare mitigation plans for them.
- Prepare the reporting of the change management activities summary for the Project Executive Steering committee and other audiences.
Essential Criteria:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, or practitioner certification in a recognised change management framework with 5 or more years experience leading organizational changes in large complex organisations
- Extensive experience building relationships, influencing, coaching and facilitating constructive conversations that challenge the status quo, and promote adoption of new behaviours, mindsets and practices
- Extensive experience leading a team to deliver change outcomes at a program stream level.
- Proven experience in driving how an organization uses digital tools to manage cloud, and the workforce transformation that comes as a consequence of this.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and influence senior and mid-level managers
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically, translate complexity to simplicity to develop practical, integrated and sustainable change plans.
- High level presentation and communication skills, including written and verbal, to a wide and diverse target audience.
Desirable Criteria:
- Prior experience managing the organisational change impacts of implementing a new enterprise cloud data and analytics platform
- Experience managing organisational changes delivered using either a waterfall, agile or a hybrid approach with an understanding of which approach needing to be used.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change involving all business units within the Digital stream with prior experience and/or exposure to Atlassian products, coding both as policy and testing and the management of tools.
