Join our dynamic banking organization by applying for one of our three Business Analyst positions, each offering a six-month contract term. These roles are integral to our Broker Origination initiative, with the first role concentrating on our Product and Pricing Stream, while the second and third roles are specifically tailored for our Lending Stream.
The Lending Platform recently implemented by the client is currently in production. However, its full functionality has been selectively shared with a specific group of their Brokers. The objective of these roles is to leverage expertise in order to enhance the platform's capabilities, with a primary emphasis on requirements gathering.
Role 1: Senior Business Analyst - Product & Pricing Stream
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements.
- Participate in discussions concerning business and technology within the Lending Transformation Charter.
- Document user stories in Jira.
- Outline business processes.
- Offer support for UAT/SIT testing.
- Assist the Business Implementation Team in documenting procedures and manual touch points.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across both business and technology.
- Specialized expertise in Banking, specifically Lending Products and Pricing.
- Preferably available for 2-3 days in Bendigo.
Role 2 : Senior Business Analyst - White Label Initiative or Lending/Fulfillment/Assessment (depending on candidate experience)
- Develop comprehensive business requirements.
- Conduct research, interviews, and business workshops to determine requirements.
- Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information to resolve conflicts and elicit requirements.
- Support the implementation of change.
- Contribute to the delivery of initiatives.
- Expertise in Banking, with a particular focus on Home Lending.
- Possess business acumen in the areas of Banking and Home Lending.
- While not mandatory, prior experience with White Label initiatives is desirable.
