The role:
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst possessing front end UI/ UX design experience to work on a large Salesforce CRM migration project. You will leverage human-centered design principles and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct business analysis, user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Identify and resolve usability issues and report on UX/ UI design activities.
- Create user flows, mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes using Atomic Design systems and Figma.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centred design solutions.
Key experience:
- Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with previous front end UI/UX design experience;
- Previous experience working on a CRM migration project (either Salesforce, SAP OR another CRM)
- User Centred Design skills in a Business Analyst capacity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience with either Salesforce, SAP enterprise or similar platforms.
