Out client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the company's strategy and operations group. This is a key role within the Metrics stream in the Sustainable Network Resilience program to address existing network performance issues and build a next generation strategic platform to provide an overarching view of Customer and Network performance.
The role:
- Create and write user stories and reports and translate to the business
- Take requirements from various operations business units and provide details to internal development teams
- Build a dashboard that gives a view of the health of the various operations business units and provide high level reporting from these to C level executives
The candidate:
- Recent experience working as a Business Analyst
- Prior telecommunications knowledge is a must
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Executive level of reporting experience
- Track record in delivering and developing requirements for large strategic dashboards with multiple business persona's (desired)
- The ability to deliver and translate technical requirements to broader business goals
- Extensive Jira experience
- Basic understanding of Agile
- Understands the various operational areas of a business
- Might have experience in performance diagnostics, operations, dashboards, metrics or come from a network background
- Extensive reporting skills
- Excellent facilitation, communication and collaboration skills
