SaaS Platform implementation

Working in the education sector our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to Join a large-scale Digital Transformation program working across a number of medium sized projects including a SaaS Platform Implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, project managers, and designers to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

The main project will be to work on a SaaS application to help with a complaints management tool. The project is at the requirements gathering phase currently, conducting workshops, capturing feedback, working with stakeholders at various levels and working towards a successful solution before progressing to the UAT testing phase. This role will be heavily involved in working closely on testing and perhaps even hands-on. Therefore, a strong background in testing would be advantageous.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Process mapping
  • Creating clear documentation
  • User Acceptance testing
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders including the Exec Team
  • Gathering business requirements
  • Creating user stories
  • Quality assurance
  • Providing user training for effective utilisation of the SaaS platforms.

Key Experience

  • Experience within the education sector is essential
  • SaaS Platform implementation projects
  • Conducting Workshops
  • Managing stakeholder Relationships of all levels
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Exposure to Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI (Beneficial)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
