About the role
- The Business Analyst will support our client's Content Services Platform project, working on strategic initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across the branch, department, other agencies, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Investigate complex and ambiguous business situations, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and recommend improvements.
- Manage scoping, definition, and prioritization of requirements for medium-sized initiatives, ensuring stakeholder input, baseline establishment, agreement, and traceability.
- Independently manage stakeholder engagement, facilitate decision-making, and share technical and business information.
Skills and experience
- Solid experience leading and managing business analysis for large-scale, complex ICT projects, preferably in the public sector, with expertise in SharePoint, M365, Document Management Solutions, and EDRMS.
- Proven experience leading business process and system modeling activities for large, complex organizations, preferably using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) or developing Use Cases with Unified Modeling Language (UML).
- Investigates complex and ambiguous business situations, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and recommend improvements.
