Location: Brisbane, Queensland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the agile delivery process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of the application.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand project goals, prioritize tasks, and manage the product backlog.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to promote effective communication and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and impediments that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agile practices and project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the resources sector or similar industries is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and Agile certification and/or accreditation understood.
