Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for Workplace Services Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 months likely to get extended or convert into Perm for the right candidate
This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations for the following workplace services: End User computing, Mobility, Telephony and Print.
This role will play a significant support role in successful transition of services from project to BAU, as well as supporting our strategic Telephony modernisation program. This role will be instrumental in supporting our device returns initiative and ensuring our assets are continually tracked to ensure cost avoidance.
We are looking for an all-rounder who can support, Mobility, EUC, print and telephony.
Skills & Experience
- Background in Workspace and End User experience technology Service tools and technologies
- Demonstrate experience in one, or preferably more, of the key NVS Service Lines (Mobility, Telephony, End User Computing and Print services)
- ITIL Foundation - mandatory
- Strong Communication & stakeholder engagement skills
