Looking for a Level 3 Technical Support Specialist. in Canberra for a contractual role.

Location: Canberra

Contract: 12 months + extension of 12 months

Clearance: NV1 or ability to gain

Selection Criteria:

Criteria:

  1. Strong skills with investigating and resolving Integration and Messaging problems (30%)
  2. Familiarity with IBM Integration Bus and IBM MQ (10%)
  3. Experience with SOAP (20%)
  4. Experience working with SSL, general PKI concepts, XML standards and schemas and performance monitoring, logging, auditing and testing tools (20%)
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with clients both internal and external. (20%)
