As a successful candidate, you will be:
Service Innovation:
Assist the Client with:
- market awareness of service developments
- development of service roadmaps.
- definition of new capability, feature, function
- business case development
- securing Client/Optus funding and approvals
Service Delivery Operations:
Management of:
- service delivery operations to meet or exceed agreed service outcomes
- service delivery budget / authority to expense
- partners / vendors to meet or exceed agreed service outcomes
Stakeholder Management & Service Adoption:
Assist the Client with stakeholder engagement to:
- capture and define business demand
- capture and define business requirements
- co-ordinate the introduction of change and solution acceptance
- drive solution adoption across the business
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Expert product and outsourcing industry knowledge coupled with the ability to engage with Clients at all levels.
- Experience in implementing and operating successfully in a matrix management environment.
- Experience in an ICT environment
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of developing and managing high performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret operational analysis and trends.
- Demonstrate successful track record in building sustainable business relationships with Vendors.
- Demonstrate extensive understanding of current and future trends in the Service Management market.
It is desirable if you have:
- Business or Technical Degree
