Skills and Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of development and customisation experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is mandatory.
- Experience in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Customisation, Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience working on Salesforce interfaces (Lightning and Classic), Apex, Add-ons and integration using MuleSoft and other Salesforce connectors (as required).
- Experience working with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience working on Salesforce DX (Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs).
- Experience working on Atlassian DevOps toolset (Jira, Bitbucket/ SourceTree) and VS Code to manage applications/ product lifecycle.
- Experience in Workflows, process builders, flows, basic Apex, Validation Rules, Sharing & Security etc.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines to deploy applications.
- Deep understanding of SDLC principles and the software development lifecycle, including Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies.
- Experience working on enterprise-wide implementation and roll-out of Salesforce/other CRMs.
