Our client, a leading financial organisation in Melbourne, is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join on a 12-month contract basis.
They are undertaking a project to enhance data management and customer experience capabilities that match business processes and procedures. Supporting the Scrum Master/Project Manager and Associate Business Analysts the Senior Technical Business Analyst will have experience with the following:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs and help develop data governance framework design
- Gathering high level and detailed requirements
- Creation of user stories and use cases
- Process work flows and process maps (as-is, to-be)
- Requirements tracebility Matrix
- Identification of project delivery and operational risks
- Provide regular status updates to Lead Business Analysts/Project Managers as required
- Undertaking other analytical and documentation responsibilities as required to support project activities
The successful candidate will have:
- Agile Scrum or Agile Lean Methodology experience
- Proven experience with UX teams
- Experience with web software platforms (Angular/.Net/AWS)
- Extensive experience in system implementation and large data migration projects within the financial services industry
- Experience in the development and delivery of reuirements and processes supporting the build and release of customer facing digital assets
- Business and technical analysis and documentation capabilities
- Experience in strategic or management consulting, product development and/or research roles in the financial services industry
- Practical understanding of project delivery lifecycles, methodologies and governance practices
- Ability to deal with highly ambiguous environments, provide structure and simplify complex problems
