Our client an industry-leading organization within finance service is seeking an experienced Senior Support Analyst to join on a permanent basis.
About the role:
The successful candidate is expected to play a key role in refining and maturing the highly complex capability. Individuals need to draw on many disciplines: Front office FICC trading and sales, front line support, data analytics, big data, documenting functional specifications, aid in testing & validation tasks, training & mentoring, implementation, and post-implementation support.
For this role, you will need strong experience in the following:
- Support experience within financial services.
- Development experience using Python or Spark.
- Experience in the use of SQL to run database queries.
- Understanding of the pre-trade life cycle and detailed knowledge of pre-trade FX / Rates trading activities.
- Strong analytical ability: Present knowledge and perform research, make logical analyses, evaluating risks/benefits. Recommending alternatives for courses of action and implementing creative solutions to complex problems.
