About the role
The role will provide support for the implementation of the ICT Capital portfolio, programs, projects, and demand management to support work areas. This role will also support the Head of PMO by carrying out the PMO's operational tasks related to reporting, data analysis and financial management.
- coordinating governance functions
- resource management
- calendar/agenda management
- managing new teams setup
- setting up training sessions
- editing, uploading, and managing videos for publishing
Skills and experience
- experience working in higher education/tertiary sector
- extensive experience managing a PPM system
- organisation and prioritisation skills
- stakeholder management
- deadline management
- degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience
