Our client, one of Australia's most trusted Financial Services brands, is looking for a Senior PM/Portfolio Manager to lead Operational Excellence and Process Improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will identify Continuous Improvement opportunities within their IT environment, build business cases, prioritize projects and finally launch initiatives before handing over to the project team to deliver.

This is not a standard IT Project Management role as we are looking for someone who can coach and mentor others whilst championing process improvement and efficiency. You will be a disrupter and not afraid to tell leaders how things can be done better.

For this role, you will be succesful if you can build credibility and relationships across the bank and lay the groundwork for successful projects. You will not be delivering the projects, only choaching and influencing the change and improvement process.
