Our Client is a large NSW Government Education Organisation who require a Senior Business Analyst for the Student Management System to produce business process maps, impact assessments, and business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- prepare and deliver the business functionsand processes required for the Student Management Services (SMS) program
- determine business requirements, specify effective business process anddetermine options for solutions
- Support requirements traceability for the end-to-end program
- Produce communication packages to engage business stakeholders and drive business decisions
- Contribute to the management of the Test, Change and Training teams as required.
- Responsible for working with the Data Migration team as required.
Skills and experience:
- Strong Business Case development exposure to reshape the SMS Business Case
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Significant experience in the management of requirement and business outcomes in a large private or public sector organisation.
- Sound knowledge of the system development life cycle and the positioning of business analysis within it.
- A minimum of five years' experience in large scale projects.
- High level management skills and the ability to motivate multi-disciplinary project teams
- Experience with CRM and ERP Finance systems (PeopleSoft).
- Experience with BPMN.
- Experience with Agile framework.
