My client, one of the largest banks in Australia, is looking to bring on a Senior Business Analyst who has experience working across reg and compliance projects.
To succeed in this role you will be a creative thinker with good problem-solving skills. You will possess excellent communication skills and can work well with minimal supervision, attention to detail is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Ability to investigate a current and build a future state process and identify areas of required enhancements to process workflow, standardising global processes across Obligations libraries and data capture in Open Libraries
- Develop controls and dashboard reporting to ensure complete and consistent usage of Obligations Libraries
- Work with technical BAs to document User Stories
- BRD documentation, socialisation and approval process
- Work with Change Leads to update change artefacts such as procedures, training and guidance
- Preparation and execution of User Acceptance test scripts and strategies
- Workshop facilitation
- Requirement gathering and impact assessments
- Ensure compliance by implementing best practices
- Follow regulation and compliance processes and procedures
Skills and experience
- MUST have experience working on Reg and Compliance programs (essential)
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong Business Process skills
