Our client, a Leading Retailer is looking for Senior Business Analyst to join their team for an initial months + extensions to join their team,
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience supporting initiatives inExperience in retail environment and/or SAP SuccessFactors and/or Payroll preferable large, complex organisations requiring stakeholder management.
- Significant experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience working in a project and product environment
- Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methods and concepts
- A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to constructively propose and review solutions
- Proven experience gathering, eliciting, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in a way that is complete, clear, correct, and consistent.
- Proven ability to manage relationships within and outside the business, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
