Leaders IT is currently looking for a permanent Senior Business Analyst who has strong financial industry background, experience in EUGDPR and experience with agile environment
Your role overview:
- Actively participate in, document and support requirements activities related to functional, non-functional and process requirements;
- Working experinece with EUGDPR
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with key business and operational resources to gather information, discuss potential solutions and agree requirements;
- Co-ordinate defining the key controls and roles and responsibilities in the end to end Application process;
- Converse on Fraud (domain knowledge) while validating requirements with subject matter experts and other project team members;
- Identification and escalation of risks and issues;
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Health & Safety Policy, procedures and legislation; and
- Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
This role requires:
- Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Demonstrated knowledge of analysis methods, tools and techniques
- Project experience
- Financial Services industry experience preferred
- A Polished Business Analyst
This role will be paying around $100,000~$120,000 package.
