Our client, a large financial institution, requires a Senior Business Analyst to join their team that is responsible for the consolidation of superannuation and investments platforms with a considerable focus on cost efficiency outcomes.

As Senior Business Analyst, your duties will include:

  • Lead the analysis of requirements on both new business capabilities and adaption of existing capabilities
  • Produce plan to achieve timely BA outputs to meet target dates
  • Create and Maintain stakeholder list and manage stakeholder engagement
  • Arrange and facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit stakeholder inputs and reviews
  • Create timely Business Requirements and process outputs in line with Agile delivery
  • Showcases
  • Provide regular status update including burn up chart etc
  • Maintain artefacts and workflow e.g. Jira, Confluence
  • Raise and actively manage risks/issues

Your background as a Business Systems Analyst will include

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Agile experience
  • Prior experience working in investment and super - familiarity with workflows, operational process improvements and automation
  • Have worked at a Financial services organisation in the Australian Market
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the end to end project delivery
