Our client, a large financial institution, requires a Senior Business Analyst to join their team that is responsible for the consolidation of superannuation and investments platforms with a considerable focus on cost efficiency outcomes.
As Senior Business Analyst, your duties will include:
- Lead the analysis of requirements on both new business capabilities and adaption of existing capabilities
- Produce plan to achieve timely BA outputs to meet target dates
- Create and Maintain stakeholder list and manage stakeholder engagement
- Arrange and facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit stakeholder inputs and reviews
- Create timely Business Requirements and process outputs in line with Agile delivery
- Showcases
- Provide regular status update including burn up chart etc
- Maintain artefacts and workflow e.g. Jira, Confluence
- Raise and actively manage risks/issues
Your background as a Business Systems Analyst will include
- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Agile experience
- Prior experience working in investment and super - familiarity with workflows, operational process improvements and automation
- Have worked at a Financial services organisation in the Australian Market
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the end to end project delivery
