Our client, one of the Big 4 Banks in looking for Senior BA to join their team for initial 12 months potential to extend
You will have a solid background in Financial Services/Bank business/technology project delivery preferably within an Agile delivery environment. Strong Use Case discovery and documentation skills as well as data gathering, and analysis skills are required. Ability to undertake business impact analysis, 'to be' process mapping and facilitating business change are also necessary
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years+ business analysis.
- Experience in Banking or Finance industry preferred..
- Exposure to merger or acquisition programs is desirable
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodology.
- Experience in data and technical analysis
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Previous experience developing a schedule and ensuring business analysts, delivery partners and stakeholders deliver to the agreed timeframes
- Experience writing Transitional Service Arrangements, other business documents
- Demonstrated success of delivery within complex projects
