Our client is looking for a Release & Cut Over Manager with SAP experience. You will be responsible for the relationship and management of internal and external application and environment owners to ensure completion of deliverables and activities at the direction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Representing the program from an operational business & system integration, testing, release and cut over perspective, including managing the key deliverables, ensuring milestone date(s) are achieved and the solution is successfully implemented into the business
- Providing key updates, status reports
- Relationship management and on-going engagement with both internal and external application owners to ensure regular communications and updates on project requirements are provided and all parties are aware of requirements, expectations and the plan for all integration, testing and cut over activities
- Assist the Test Manager and technical teams with the creation, specification and requirements for all testing and interfaces with third party applications.
- Preparing planning documents, status reports, milestones, resource plans, risks and issues registers
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary level qualification in business or an IT related discipline
- Previous experience as an SAP Release & Cut Over Manager
- Previous experience working on a large transformation project
- Experience with S/4 Hana will be highly regarded
- Experience managing system related projects
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities and differing expectations
- Solid understanding and previous experience of major systems implementations in operational environments
- Experience managing and co-ordinating multiple parties
- Ability to engage, motivate and lead teams of internal and external resources
