Overview:
We are currently recruiting for QA Lead to work within a dynamic team environment for an Australian iconic company.
The Role:
The QA Lead will be working closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure that delivery teams are building quality digital assets with the customer in mind.
Responsibilities:
- Leading at team of 5 QA and responsibility to drive a QA culture across team
- Drive a QA culture where "Quality is owned the team", rather than just a "Quality being owned solely by QA
- Mentor Developers and QAs
- End to End Testing
- Technologies used: React Framework, Java Backend, Cypress
To be successful, you need to have the following skills and experience:
Key Requirements:
- Experience as Lead and leading the team of 5-6.
- Drive same QA culture within team where whole team contribute to testing
- Ability to execute initiatives within required timeframes, plan and organise workload as per priorities and meet performance targets.
- Good negotiation skills
