Our client is seeking a Project Manager, to provide project management and leadership working in an SAP delivery environment, that requires planning and preparation to mobilise for delivery a significant analysis and revision of the Enterprise Cost Model across organisation as part of the ERPD.
The primary duties of the role include:
- High-level and detailed project planning for mobilisation
- Providing proactive leadership to, and management of, the project delivery teams
- The successful delivery of the Enterprise Costing Model project scope and contribution to overall successful delivery of the project in a wider Program of work.
- Ensuring that the project produces the required outputs that meet the planned time (schedule), cost (budget), quality, scope, and risk expectations to deliver outcomes.
- Understanding and supporting the successful delivery of realisable Business Benefits
- Providing decision making authority on behalf of relevant governance groups to make day to day decisions aligned with defined Project Tolerances.
- Ensuring the Project team comply with the agreed project governance and quality procedures of company and the Program, outlined within the approved plan/s.
- Ensuring the project is monitored and any dependencies are clearly defined, documented, managed, and reported.
- Communication with business stakeholders as required to provide progress updates and project status
- Identifying any external threats to the delivery of the project, including the business benefits
- Management of initiative risks and issues
- Ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy
- Investigation and pursuing opportunities that present themselves as valuable outcomes of the project
- Being informed on project related matters to represent and advocate for the delivery team at Governance meetings.
- Ensuring all approvals and key decisions are obtained, recorded, and reported to Governance groups (including project changes)
