Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for a 6-month contract.
Undertaking a strategic initiative to enhance customer service capabilities, their client requires a Project Manager to uplift the CRM Dynamics platform capabilities. Reporting into the PMO and the stakeholders, the role will provide day to day management of scope, quality, time, risks, and issues across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Agile delivery and management of projects
- Help develop the requisite project plan and schedule that clearly defines the project phases, key activities, timeframes and roles and responsibilities
- Manage project resources and drive outcomes
- Project control, track and report the relevant aspects of project's performance against success factors
- Identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Technical delivery: system configuration, upgrades, migrations and acceptance testing
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience managing infrastructure & applications projects (CRMs, MS Dynamics) end-to-end
- Strong senior stakeholder managment
This is a 6-month project with a strong view to extend.
